Hotel Information
The Organizing Secretariat “Key Congress Srl” has reserved a number of rooms in most hotels in the Lido of Venice, where the Congress Centre is located. If you wish to reserve a hotel room located in the Venice city centre, please contact the Organizing secretariat. These rooms are available on request. The congress venue, can be reached from all hotels in the Lido on foot, congress shuttle bus or public transportation. In the event of the preferred hotel category is fully subscribed, the Congress Secretariat will offer another available alternative.
Reservation: Participants should make their reservations with the Organizing Secretariat by completing the Hotel Accommodation Form. Hotel rooms can only be reserved and confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, according to chosen category, as indicated in the price list. All rates are in Euro, per room per night, including breakfast and all local taxes.
A booking fee of €20,00 is required for each reservation.
Confirmation: After receipt of the deposit participants will receive a confirmation letter together with the hotel voucher, indicating the name and address of the assigned hotel. The prepaid deposit will be deducted from your hotel bill when you check out; the remaining amount is to be settled directly with the hotel. The hotel issues an invoice for the entire amount paid (deposit and balance). The confirmed hotel reservation is kept by the hotel exclusively in the Participant’s favor. Hotel charges will therefore amount to the number of overnights stays requested and confirmed.
Hotel Cancellations/Changes Policy
Changes of reservation can be made before April 29th 2005, and must be sent in writing to the Congress secretariat Key Congress. After this date no changes will be accepted. Cancellation made before April 29th 2005, will result in a €50,00 non-refundable penalty and may also result in forfeiture of a one night’s deposit charged at you hotel’s discretion. Cancellation made after April 29th 2005, will result in a €50,00 non-refundable penalty and the entire deposit will retained and set off against cancellation fees.
An early departure penalty of one night’s room may be charged at your hotel’s discretion.
