Reservations prior to the deadline:
Please book your reservations at the IPEG Headquarters hotel. Make sure to
identify yourself as an IPEG attendee.
Reservations after the early deadline:
You may still be able to secure reservations through the hotel directly, based on availability and the prevailing rate.
Hotel Changes and Cancellations:
Please send any changes and/or cancellations directly to the hotels. Cancellation of hotel reservations made less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival will result in a one-night room and tax charge to your credit card.
Suites:
Please contact the hotel for availability and pricing information.
Shuttles:
All hotels are within easy walking distance to the convention center. Shuttles will be provided from hotels to social events not within walking distance.
