Reservation after early deadline: You may still be able to secure a reservation with the hotel directly, based on availability and the prevailing rate.
Hotel changes, cancellations & early departures: Please contact the Hilton Waikoloa directly for any changes and/or cancellations. Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a one-night room charge and tax charge to your credit card. In the event that you check out prior to your reserved check-out date the resort will charge an early check out fee.
