Disclosure Required: All presenters will be required to include a disclosure slide to be shown in the beginning of their presentation. In addition to the disclosure slide, presenters are asked use generic and objective terms when referring to both devices and/or proprietary technology throughout their presentations. You may use the following sample disclosure slide for your presentation:
Speaker Prep Room Check-In REQUIRED:
You MUST check in with the Speaker Ready Room (Bio Bio) AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE your session starts. If you do not visit the Speaker Ready Room, your session moderator may not allow you to present.
Speaker Ready Room Hours are:
Wednesday, March 20 | 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Thursday, March 21 | 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday, March 22 | 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
